In the Role


As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in the full recruitment cycle within our Brazil organization. You will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and hiring for senior positions and leadership roles for the Brazil Team.


This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Managers to understand their hiring needs and guide them to optimal hiring outcomes.


This position will report to the Recruiting Lead of LATAM & Brazil.



What you will do:

Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards social media networking etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively seek out passive candidates through innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collect and evaluate feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews.


Collaboration and Partnership:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

  • Fixed Monthly Payment $2000 $3500 USD per month

Requirements :

  • Must be based in Brazil
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English
  • 35 years of experience in full cycle recruitment (Hiring Manager Kick off Call Through Initial Onboarding)
  • Demonstrated ability to guide hiring managers and senior leaders toward optimal candidate selection framework hiring process leading to high retention.
  • Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • It is your responsibility to provide and show proof of high speed internet access at your selected remote work location.
