Job Description
- During your internship you will create a communication interface between different machines based on an ISO standard.
- You will implement autonomous machine control functions in ROS2 and Simulink.
- Furthermore you will test functionalities in a lab setup.
- Last but not least you will validate functions on a machine (excavator / wheel loader) alongside test engineers.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of MINT Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or comparable average in maths subjects not worse than 2.0
- Experience and Knowledge: programming skills in C or Python; C as part of at least one lecture or project; knowledge of ROS2 or MATLAB or Simulink is a plus; background in control theory and path planners would be an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a motivated person with an independent working style
- Enthusiasm: open to working both on the test track and in an office environment
- Languages: good in German and very good in English
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
