Position Description and Job Skill Set

• Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
• As a .NET Developer you will be responsible for creation and implementation innovative web application for both internal as well as client facing applications.
• You will also ensure support in analysis and designing during all phases of software production including suggesting the most effective solutions for its implementation.
• We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features among other duties.
• Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing front end website architecture. Designing user interactions on web pages. Developing back end website applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring crossplatform optimization for mobile phones. Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Required Skills/Experience

• Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will
• NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
• Degree in Computer Science. Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS React and Amber.
• Proficiency with serverside languages such as Python Ruby Java PHP and .Net. Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL Oracle and MongoDB. Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problemsolving skills. Attention to detail.
• Experienced in delivering projects in Agile/scrum methodology

Preferred/Not Required

• Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience WebLogic experience helpful etc.
