Barista Wild Honey Michelin Star Restaurant
Situated within the prestigious Sofitel London St James Wild Honey is a celebrated Michelin Star restaurant known for its exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service. We take pride in offering a sophisticated and welcoming environment where guests can indulge in the finest flavours.
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team and contribute to our high standards of service.
- Preparing and serving highquality coffees teas and other beverages to complement our Michelinstarred dining experience.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and backofhouse areas.
- Assisting in plate clearing and maintaining a smooth flow of service.
- Running food from the kitchen to the dining area with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with the frontofhouse team to provide seamless service.
- Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Upholding the exceptional service standards of Wild Honey St James.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin Star environment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and highstandard environment.
- Good communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and contributing to an outstanding dining experience.
- Please note you must be entitled to work in the UK since we do not sponsor VISA for this position.
