Job Description
The CNC Programmer Intern will work in the manufacturing components area performing the following job tasks including but not limited to:
- Assuring all programs and tools are available to meet daily productions schedules.
- Assuring all programming and tooling is available to meet new product development schedules.
- Programming of Punch Machine Press Brake and Tube Bending Equipment
- Process Improvement and Standardization
- Maintain documentation and file structure.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering CAD Design or related fields.
- Must possess a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Proficiency with CNC programming
- Able to read blueprints.
- Familiar with CD CAD modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Experience with CNC programming software (punching bending cutting
- Experience with PLM systems and SQL.
- Experience working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
