Journeyperson Insulator

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Insulators with piping insulation experience for a temporary job in Kamloops BC starting March 9 2025 until Mar 21 2025. In this position you will enjoy a 10 Days in / 4 Days out schedule 10hour workdays LOA $170/day or daily travel pay and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years experience in oil and gas.
• Valid JourneypersonInsulator certificate/ticket or proof of hours.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS2020
  • WHMIS
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements select the appropriate insulation type and understand complex instructions.
• Experience measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Experience applying and securing insulation using spraying blowing pasting strapping taping and other application and installation method.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
