Job Description
CEDA is currently seeking a Industrial Insulator to join our Bonnyville division. Candidates must live local to the area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for materials required to complete jobs
- Install maintain and remove insulation from equipment and piping systems in compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Cut and shape insulation materials to fit specific equipment ensuring proper coverage and sealing
- Apply insulation materials such as fiberglass mineral wool and foam to equipment in hightemperature and highpressure environments
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment including insulation saws knives and power tools
- Ensure that all insulation work meets company quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety guidelines PPE requirements and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of proven experience as an Industrial Insulator or in a similar role in an oilfield or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials and application methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and work orders
- Familiarity with safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments (heat confined spaces heights)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of various types of insulation materials and their properties
- Valid minimum class 5 drivers license (GDL not accepted) and no more than 5 demerits in last 3 years on abstract
- Able to provide a negative result from a CEDA booked Alcohol & Drug testing
