Job PurposeThe main purpose of your role will be to provide exceptional customer service. Job Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.

- Use CRM software to record and track customer interactions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products offerings and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers explaining solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle difficult customer interactions with grace and empathy.
- Stay calm and professional in highpressure situations.
Qualifications :
