We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative who is ready to take their career to the next level. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers making your role critical in maintaining our reputation for delivering highquality service.
Job PurposeThe main purpose of your role will be to provide exceptional customer service. This will involve assisting customers by addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing complete and accurate information about our products or services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Use CRM software to record and track customer interactions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products offerings and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers explaining solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle difficult customer interactions with grace and empathy.
- Stay calm and professional in highpressure situations.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a customer support role.
- Strong communication problemsolving and empathetic skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of company products and services.
