Job Description
Summary
You will provide opportunities to work with North America Finance Teams and support Experian Partner Solutions team with specific analysis gaining invaluable experience working with many different departments within the team and being in contact with different management levels. This role is dynamic provides opportunity for development and will give you exposure to the EPS Organization and the Costa Rica internal FP&A team. You will report to the FP&A Supervisor EPS.
You will be accountable for the following main responsibilities:
- Support cost forecasting reporting and analysis including preparation of monthly management reports and variance explanations.
- Help with the development of the annual Strategic Plan Budget and audit support ensuring accuracy and agreement on our goals.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues implement efficiencies and create new proposals.
- Use Hyperion technology to improve system automation enhance capabilities and standardize reporting processes.
- Lead adhoc projects and monthend calls providing necessary financial insights and commentary.
- Promote process improvements and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine financial processes ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 8 years of progressive finance experience including monthend processes forecasting reporting modeling fixed assets GL and budget management.
- Support finance professionals with a focus on customer service and responsiveness.
- Analytical Proficiency: Experience in financial reporting account reconciliation and P&L analysis.
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences being able to work with all organizational levels including senior leaders.
- Technical Competence: Advanced English level and proficiency in Excel and familiar with financial systems and tools such as Oracle OBIEE Tableau Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView. A finance driven technical toolkit.
