Sales Negotiator
York
£23000 base salary (depending on experience)
£28000 OTE
Monday to Friday 9.00am5.00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am 1.00pm
THE COMPANY: Our client is seeking a Sales Negotiator for their York office. This role will suit candidates with some estate agency experience. The role will include dealing with both vendors purchasers and other people involved in the buying and selling of property. The marketing of properties and negotiating offers and sales will be key along with sales progression to ensure that agreed sales proceed to completion. The branch is expanding it's estate agency business and this role is an exciting and interesting opportunity to play a key role in building the sales side of the business. The position may also appeal to those wishing to progress into a Valuer role in the future.

KEY TASKS:
- Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries; Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings; Solicit Promote and Negotiate Offers checking chains and proof of funds.
- Manage stock of properties Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price adjustments or other concessions to help properties sell; Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis and deliver timely accurate and high quality customer service.
- Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities; Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings legal and financial services
- Assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives. Some valuation opportunities might be available on a limited basis for qualified candidates.
- Be an excellent ambassador for the brand delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews
- Previous estate agency experience would be preferred
- A professional sales outlook sense of responsibility customer focus and keenness to be rewarded for hard work and achievement is sought.
- Candidates should be able to show that they are selfstarting and can work on their own initiative and are committed to personal growth and development.
- We are looking for selling skills and a will to win and to exceed targets whilst being professional and enhancing customer relationships.
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
