Lettings Negotiator
Liphook
Basic salary of £25k (depending on experience) with a realistic OTE £35k
Monday Friday 1 in 3 Saturday's with a day in lieu
Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning and experienced lettings team. Are you the right person to join our successful team
Principle Accountabilities:
• Generate arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let
• Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords
• Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
The right candidate will be:
• The right candidate will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in the property industry with a cando attitude ability to close a deal great attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Able to learn quickly take responsibility and strive for success
• A dynamic fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
• An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work
• Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
• A key member of our team who believes in our purpose values and culture
• Have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own car
Job Challenges:
• Ability to maintain challenging workload
• Ability to achieve targets and to manage your time accordingly
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting’s legislation
