Job Description
We're Hiring
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager with experience in both commercial and residential electrical work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects coordinating with clients and leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage electrical projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local state and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and problemsolving solutions on job sites.
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage material procurement vendor relationships and subcontractor contracts.
- Conduct site visits inspections and progress reports.
- Handle project documentation change orders and financial tracking.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Strong background in both commercial and residential electrical projects.
- Electrical license (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local Miami regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
