Summary:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Technician with experience in specialty pharmacy to provide customer service support to members providers and internal inquiries. The role requires strong call center skills and pharmacy knowledge ensuring efficient handling of inquiries under the supervision of the Pharmacy Services Call Center Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to members providers and internal inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- Assist with pharmacyrelated inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Pharmacy Technician in a specialty pharmacy setting (required).
- Certifications: State Pharmacy Technician Certification (required); National Pharmacy Technician Certification (a plus).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Skills: Call center customer service retail pharmacy experience and pharmacy operations knowledge
