We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a scienceoriented and creative manufacturing environment. Dynamic Systems Inc. is the global leader in metallurgical thermomechanical test and simulation systems. DSI s customers include the top metallic materials producers research universities and government energy and defense laboratories worldwide.
We are located in the greater Albany NY metropolitan area in the town of Poestenkill NY.
Responsibilities:
- Reading understanding and following assembly drawings and work order instructions for all assembly work
- Coordinate with Service Engineering to commission and troubleshoot machine issues
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve designs and manufacturability of all parts
- Participate in safety initiatives
- Contribute other duties as needed

Requirements :
- High School/GED Equivalency or Military experience preferred
- 35 Years of handson experience
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly drawings
- Ability to work with numerous specialized hand tools
