You will have the chance to make a tangible impact on the broader business driving innovative solutions and contributing to our customercentric culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Solve 2nd level tickets such as bereavement cases relocation PEP source of funds clarification of direct debits data changes on tax documents and others.
  • Collaborate with various customer service teams & stakeholders.
  • Provide clear concise and accurate information to customers regarding their issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
  • As a driving force you will assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role ideally 1 year of experience within finance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal with a professional demeanor. German and/or Dutch & Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of patience empathy and customercentric mindset.
