PRACTICE AREA:
Civil Litigation
MultiPlaintiff Litigation
Sexual Harassment/Abuse
DUTIES:
Pleadings
Meet and Confers
Discovery
Document Review
Variety of Motion Writing
Depositions
Court Hearings
Trial preparations and everything in between
REQUIRED SKILLS:
6 Years experience and good standing with the California State Bar
Proven work experience in Civil/General Litigation
Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
Significant experience conducting depositions
Work independently with little supervision
Overall organization and attention to detail are absolutely necessary
Familiarity with Case Management Software
