What Youll Do:
Sales Support:
- Set up new customers sites and contacts
- Enter quotes and ensure accurate pricing
Inside Sales & Bid Desk:
- Handle inside sales for unassigned and lowmargin accounts
- Qualify bid opportunities and forward them to the right Sales Rep
- Research and qualify new construction opportunities
- Assist in selling clearance items & aged inventory
Tech Ops:
- Process ITF (Install Materials) CCO and ICO transactions
- Verify product availability for installation orders
- Track PO delivery dates and organize digital job folders
Purchasing Support:
- Maintain inventory masters & update vendor contacts
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in tracking purchase orders
- Keep vendor pricing sheets updated
Project Coordination:
- Keep projects on schedule and align with team goals
- Manage and file all projectrelated documents
- Notify the Service Department when projects are completed
- Coordinate with managers to process change orders
- Ensure all materials & equipment arrive before scheduled installations
- Communicate job schedules to the warehouse for staging & shipping
- Organize project meetings (kickoff & postcompletion)
- Track job costs & report findings
- Update project milestones for Project Managers
What You Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
2 years of project management experience
Proven customer service skills
Strong written verbal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
Exceptional communication & teamwork skills
Confidentiality & professionalism at all times Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
