• 5 years of professional backend development specializing in Node.js and TypeScript for hightraffic applications

• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable system architectures and building productiongrade RESTful APIs

• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch for complex data management and search optimization

• Strong experience implementing Redis caching solutions and RabbitMQ message queuing systems

• Strategic understanding of Nginx and infrastructure management that elevates team capabilities

• Track record of implementing comprehensive testing strategies and maintaining high code quality standards

• Natural collaborative spirit finding joy in code reviews and crossfunctional innovation

• Agility in fastpaced environments with proficiency in project tools like Jira

The interview process

1. Initial call with the people team to understand your motivation (30 minutes).
   
2. Technical interview with our Tech Lead toassess your technical skills (90 minutes).
   
3. Meet the CTO (45 minutes).
