Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and innovative IT Product Manager to drive the growth and success of Soyle App. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product strategy aligning development with market demands and ensuring a smooth user experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an
impactful language technology product for the Kazakhstani market.
Responsibility:
Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for Soyle App focusing on text and speech processing services.
Collaborate with engineering design and marketing/PR teams to develop launch and iterate on product features.
Engage with Kazakhstani user communities to understand their needs and integrate feedback into the product.
Manage Soyle's interactive and APIbased service offerings including pricing user onboarding and customer support.
Work closely with data science and AI teams to optimize the performance and reliability of language models.
Analyze product usage data set KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on metrics.
Stay uptodate with trends in NLP AI and competitor products to keep Soyle App competitive in the language tech market.
Qualifications :
Required skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
3 years of experience in product management preferably with a background in AI NLP or software applications.
Strong understanding of AI and NLP applications particularly in speechto text and texttospeech domains.
Excellent communication skills in Kazakh Russian and English.
Proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret product data and user feedback effectively.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like GitHub Git Project (Kanban) and product analytics platforms.
Passionate about language technology and creating impactful solutions for local users.
