QA Engineer Empower Quality in a Leading Fintech Product

Were now looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our core development team collaborating closely with our R&D and customer delivery experts in a crossfunctional environment. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our product ES Life continues to deliver exceptional reliability and performance.
What will you do in this role
- Monitor and optimize daily automated testing pipelines to maintain quality standards.
- Build and execute manual test cases then turn them into automated tests using Jenkins Cypressand Azure DevOps.
- Test and document new features weekly ensuring they align with user expectations.
- Update existing test cases as the product evolves.
- Collaborate across R&D and delivery teams to develop solutions and deliver on quality.
What makes you a great fit
- 3 years of experience in QA testing or software development with handson expertise in Jenkins Cypress Robot Framework and AzureDevOps.
- Fluent English skills for documentation and collaboration in a multicultural team. Estonian/Finnish/Swedish skills are considered a plus.
- A proactive independent mindset with a knack for teamwork. Youre the kind of person who takes ownership and enjoys driving initiatives like weekly catchups.
