Are you studying Bachelors or Masters degree and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2025 Do you want to gain valuable experience from quality improvement in an international work environment We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Summer Trainee Quality to join our HSEQ team in Hyvink Finland. As a Summer Trainee Quality you will be working in claim handling. Your daily responsibilities include for example handling incoming customer claims presented to Global Parts warranty handling team handling external vendor notifications monitoring and analysing claims and their root causes communicating any status changes with relevant people and reporting HSEQ related data. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your daytoday activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvink with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for
This role is ideal for a Bachelors or Masters student who is eager to learn more about quality improvement tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself but we especially value your good teamwork skills hardworking attitude and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.
What should you bring
- Academic background from relevant studies for example Bachelor or Master of Science
- Customeroriented attitude and basic analytic skills from your studies or working life
- You know how to use traditional ITprograms e.g. Microsoft Office Email etc. You also have basic knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
