Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Norwegian via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries account issues and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally with a customerfirst attitude.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
  • Follow up to guarantee a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Norwegian.
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and late hours.
  • Ability to work from home for weekend or late shifts.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
  • Onsite training provided.
  • Workfromhome option for weekend and late shifts.
