We offer the flexibility to work hybrid or onsite in our Malta office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Content review and moderation: Monitor and review usergenerated content in Italian to ensure it adheres to community guidelines company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide feedback: Report inappropriate or harmful content and provide feedback to help improve user experiences and platform safety.
- Collaborate with the team: Work alongside other content moderators and internal teams to ensure that content standards are maintained.
- Ensure consistency: Apply clear consistent and fair judgment in moderating content to ensure all users adhere to platform guidelines.
- Stay updated: Keep uptodate with changes in content policies and trends to maintain highquality moderation practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken): As youll be moderating content in Italian fluency is essential.
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to identify sensitive content inconsistencies and violations quickly and accurately.
- Good judgment and decisionmaking skills: A responsible and fair approach to evaluating content.
- Ability to work under pressure: Comfortable handling large volumes of content while meeting strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in content moderation (preferred but not required): Experience in moderating content or working with online communities is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: Flexibility to work in a hybrid model or onsite at our Malta office.
- Techsavvy: Comfortable using content management and moderation tools and open to learning new platforms.
