Job Title: Dutch Customer Advisor
Location: Malta (Hybrid/Onsite)

What Youll Do:

  • Support our Dutchspeaking customers: Provide topnotch customer service through email phone and chat ensuring each customer receives the assistance they need in their native language.
  • Solve problems with care and efficiency: Address inquiries troubleshoot issues and guide customers through resolutions with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work alongside colleagues from different departments to deliver the best outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback: Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve service delivery and product development.
  • Exceed customer expectations: Focus on delivering excellent service every time ensuring customer satisfaction is always at the forefront.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) Youll be engaging directly with our Dutchspeaking customers so fluency is a must.
  • Customercentric mindset: A natural passion for helping people combined with a solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to express yourself clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally while actively listening to customer needs.
  • Creative problemsolver: You think outside the box to address customer challenges and find the best solutions.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required): While experience in customer support is a bonus we are more than happy to train the right candidate.
  • Techsavvy: Comfortable using customer support platforms and technology with a willingness to learn new tools.
