Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Manage a team of therapists and spa staff including recruitment training scheduling and performance management.
- Develop and implement spa treatments packages and promotions to attract and retain clients.
- Manage spa inventory ensuring all products and equipment are wellstocked and in excellent condition.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the spa including budgeting revenue forecasting and cost control.
- Handle client feedback and ensure any concerns are resolved promptly maintaining the spa s reputation for excellence.
- Implement health and safety regulations maintaining a clean safe and serene environment for guests.
- Drive sales and membership programs while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experiences and alignment of spa offerings with the overall hotel brand.

Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff. Solid knowledge of spa operations, financial management, and revenue generation. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of popular spa treatments, products, and wellness trends. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. A relevant qualification in Spa Management or Beauty Therapy is highly preferred.
