They are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead their team and oversee the daytoday operations of the spa ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards of service
Requirements
Minimum 45 years of experience in spa management preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Solid knowledge of spa operations financial management and revenue generation.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of popular spa treatments products and wellness trends.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A relevant qualification in Spa Management or Beauty Therapy is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daytoday operations of the spa ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Lead manage and motivate a team of therapists and spa staff handling recruitment training scheduling and performance evaluations.
Create and implement innovative spa treatments packages and promotions designed to attract and retain clients.
Manage spa inventory ensuring all products and equipment are properly stocked and maintained in excellent condition.
Monitor and manage the spa s financial performance including budgeting forecasting revenue and controlling costs to meet financial goals.
Address and resolve client feedback and concerns promptly ensuring the spa consistently upholds its reputation for outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining a clean safe and tranquil environment for both clients and staff.
Drive the success of sales and membership programs consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Work closely with estate management to ensure the spa experience is seamlessly integrated with the overall guest experience and aligns with the estate brand values
