Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to produce highquality drafting and documentation for residential and commercial projects. This role involves creating detailed architectural drawings ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and collaborating with design teams. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in REVIT and extensive experience in Australian projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with Australian building codes regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and modify REVIT models and technical drawings based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to refine designs.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy completeness and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain organized records of drawings revisions and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing construction documentation and detailing for permits and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to address draftingrelated queries.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Drafting or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in architectural drafting for residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT for architectural documentation and modeling.
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes standards and regulations.
- Experience in preparing construction documentation and working drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) 6:00AM to 3:00PM (PH)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
