Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Lead Generator to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers generating highquality leads and contributing to the overall success of our sales organisation. You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline by researching contacting and qualifying prospects based on predefined criteria.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Targeted Prospecting: Research and identify specific roles within our target customer profile. This includes utilising industry segmentation company size and geographical area to pinpoint ideal prospects (e.g. operations managers and warehouse managers in all logistics companies with 100500 employees in the Melbourne Metro area).

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with potential customers through phone calls utilising scripted questions and providing intelligent answers to uncover current and future project opportunities. Skillfully qualify leads based on their needs budget and decisionmaking authority.

  • Sales Collaboration: Seamlessly pass qualified leads to the sales team for appointment bookings ensuring all necessary information is provided for a smooth handover.

  • Professional Communication: Confidently and professionally articulate our market capabilities products and solutions to potential customers effectively addressing their questions and concerns.

  • HighVolume Calling: Consistently make a high volume of calls to maximise market coverage and lead generation efforts.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target prospects.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings.

  • Highly motivated resultsoriented and persistent.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and processes.
