Job Description
CyberArk is looking for an experienced IT Business Solution Architect that is a strategic thinker and technical expert responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that address complex business challenges.
This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and IT systems to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs pain points and strategic objectives
- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for technological solutions
- Elicit document and validate functional and nonfunctional requirements
Solution Architecture:
- Design and develop robust scalable and secure IT solutions that meet business requirements
- Create detailed architectural blueprints including system architecture data architecture and application architecture
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to implement solutions
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams
- Collaborate with infrastructure network and security teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
- Oversee the development and testing of solutions
- Manage the technical aspects of IT projects including planning scheduling and resource allocation
Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels including technical and nontechnical audiences
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Build strong relationships with business and IT teams

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field
- 3 years of experience in IT on large enterprises with a strong focus on solution architecture systems analysis and design A must
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and IT infrastructure components (servers networks storage)
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
- Familiarity with security best practices and standards
- IndustrySpecific Knowledge and experience of working closely with RnD groups Significant advantage
- Handson experience with Atlassian infrastructure maintenance (JIRA Confluence) Significant advantage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High English proficiency a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
