Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HR team.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR team globally in administering our global HR system SuccessFactors. This position will also support the implementation of technical solutions including reporting and analytics solutions to deliver peoples processes.
- Provide daytoday support to the global HR community in the systems operation performance maintenance and repair
- Perform troubleshooting as required. As such leads problemsolving efforts often involving outside vendors
- Partner with HR team to create reports and dashboards
- Establish data quality and monitoring procedures as well as a feedback loop to ensure data accuracy
- Support functional and enduser testing of new or modified system configuration
- Support the testing of planned system upgrades and implementation of new enhancements
- Provide support in the delivery of training for HR processes and feedback on any potential development areas
- Work with the HR team proactively to support a variety of HR activities processes and admin globally

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience working with SuccessFactors or similar systems a must
- Systemoriented selflearning ability capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
- Good analytical skills
- Experience working in a global environment
- Experience in HR reporting and analytics an advantage
- Outofthebox thinking
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment and have the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders crossfunctionally at all levels in the company
- Highly organized and strong capability for multitasking
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset are considered essential qualities
- Independent thinking proactive a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and goaloriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
