We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our North American team as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. They will be responsible for overseeing and driving all aspects of talent acquisition strategy operations and execution for both the United States and Canada. They will partner with senior leadership to ensure that we attract hire and retain top talent in alignment with our business goals and culture. This is a leadership role that involves managing a team of talent acquisition professionals while also being a handson strategic partner to the organizations leadership teams.
This position is 100% remote.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Build and sustain relationships with senior leadership to understand hiring needs workforce planning and future talent requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process for executivelevel and highimpact roles ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and timely highquality hires
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and overall employee experience and retention strategies
- Identify and leverage innovative recruitment methods tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process improve candidate sourcing and reduce timetofill.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on employer branding initiatives to position SGS as an employer of choice
- Measure analyze and report on key talent acquisition metrics (e.g. volume of open requisitions timetofill quality of hire) to optimize processes and drive results.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance to the broader HR team on best practices in talent acquisition workforce planning and recruitment marketing
- Manage the recruitment budget ensuring optimal spend while achieving strategic hiring goals
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market changes to adapt talent acquisition strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA or advanced HR certification is a plus.
- 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling highperforming talent acquisition teams within a fastpaced growing organization
- Expertise in recruiting for a variety of roles including senior leadership/executive positions across multiple functions and industries
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fastpaced highly professional environment
