Job Description
Are you a team player with great communication skills and experience in a customerfacing or logistics role If you answer yes wed love to chat!
We are looking for fulltime Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from April 2025!
What youll be doing:
- Processing incoming live chats from our customers venues and courier partners
- Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt
- Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly providing support for our restaurant and retail partners
Qualifications :
- You are customerobsessed and teamoriented
- You have great communication skills with a personal touch
- You have a cando attitude towards challenges
- You are a fast learner you have no problem with multitasking and you are ready to work in a fastpaced environment
- You already have some experience in a customerfacing role and you are passionate about service
- This is a shift work position. You can work mornings evenings and weekends We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.
- You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- You are able to start working for us from April 2025

For a fulltime Support Associate the basic (fixed) wage component is 1300 brutto / month.
