Job Description
As a Rituals Expert you are a master of the Rituals feel good experience with the product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador listening to our customers needs and at the same time you are a role model and mentor to our Rituals Advisors. You will be responsible for managing all stockroom operations in our offsite stockroom to optimise retail and boost sales efficiency for commercial success.
A brilliant chance to showcase your skills to hit operational excellence through stock management and effective overall stock flow to improve and speed up the customer experience. You will also be a lead sales advisor with ambitions of expanding your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!
Youll be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Organising and maintaining the stockroom to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products. Checking and verifying incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality control and assisting in the replenishment of the stock on the sales floor.
Youll be working alongside your Store Manager Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach your personal goals and goals for your store. Youll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and youll mentor and support Rituals Advisors.

You are one of a kind because your ability to mentor your team members and connect with customers so everyone feels at home in our stores. In addition as Rituals Expert you are professional and excited about our brand and know how to share that excitement with your team members and our customers! On top of that you have:
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
- Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
- Awareness of stock control monitoring stock levels and previous stock experience including endtoend management of deliveries replenishment and stock takes.
- A customerservice mentality and teamplayers work ethic.
- Decision making and problemsolving skills.
- Eye for detail organised and structured.
