As Deputy Program Manager with ANE Consulting ( ) you ll support the execution & delivery of designbuild services for four new boroughbased jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island.
HIGHLIGHTS
Drive program management coordinating construction to successful project completion
Oversee application of policies/procedures to align with program objectives
Manage contract/scope/budget/staff: maintain relationships & close interface with the client ensuring inquiries/concerns are addressed timely
Lead design/construction team management staff: site PMs inspectors schedulers estimators safety
Coordinate with design progrram controls community outreach teams & other stakeholders
Identify problems/opportunities analyze potential risks/seek to develop alternative mitigation approaches
Financial oversight/budgets management assist track expenses/forecaste costs
Demonstrate high standard of persona accountability integrity; mentor staff to same standards
Project progress/budget status delivery through Operations Review Meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s with around 15 years experience in construction projects of various complexity & 5 years in a leadership capacity to include:
Leading largescale highrise construction projects
Knowledge of construction cost scheduling estimating purchasing engineering/accounting principles/techniques
Advanced presentation skills
Read/understand and interpret contract documents drawings specifications scopes of work and project schedule.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Solid proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player.
Written/verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
