Position : Customer Success Manager
Work Hours (Client) : 9AM 5PM Central Time
Pay Range : $1000$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Customer Success Manager you will be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional customer service. You will deliver prompt effective and personalized assistance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers' needs are met their concerns are resolved and their overall experience with Buddy Punch exceeds expectations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our customer's success and the growth of our small yet dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to chat requests from leads and current customers promptly aiming to answer queries rapidly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Intercom and Hubspot our chat support tools efficiently to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication.
- Demonstrate technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our web and mobile applications by logging into customer accounts and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to discuss complex customer situations gather necessary information and provide comprehensive support to address customer needs.
- Prioritize meeting the unique needs of each customer ensuring a personalized and customercentric approach to support.
- Be open to adhoc requests that may involve app testing or assisting with customer troubleshooting contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
- Stay uptodate with our product offerings features and updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Central Time.
- Proficiency with chat support tools particularly Intercom and experience with Hubspot is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving skills especially in resolving softwarerelated issues.
- Experience in customer success support or account management (preferably in SaaS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Selfmotivated proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with time tracking payroll or HR software is a plus.
