Your missions
As Head of Fund Administrationyou will :
- Oversee the daytoday fund administration and NAV calculation processes for Private Equity Real Estate Debt and UCITS funds.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting investor reporting and regulatory filings.
- Implement and optimize fund administration workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg fund regulations (AIFMD UCITS) CSSF requirements AML/KYC laws and IFRS/Lux GAAP accounting standards.
- Act as a key liaison for auditors regulators and thirdparty service providers.
- Keep up to date with regulatory developments and their impact on fund administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investment managers institutional clients and service providers.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Support business development by assisting with client onboarding and service enhancement.
- Manage mentor and develop a team of fund accountants and administrators.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelors degree or related experience in Finance Accounting or Audit or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the Fund industry preferably within an AIFM asset manager or thirdparty fund administrator.
- Strong knowledge of AIFs UCITS Private Equity Real Estate and Debt funds.
- Expertise in Luxembourg fund regulations financial reporting (IFRS Lux GAAP) and CSSF requirements.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Languages: English fluent French is a plus. Any other language is an asset.
