I am recruitingfor a fantastic leisure job in London for a charity trust in the Health &Fitness sector. If youre passionate about advancing your career in anindustry that changes lives and being part of a charity that makes a positiveimpact on communities we want to hear from you.
As a ClubManager you will very much be the face of the business. The successfulcandidate will have operational experience within the fitness and leisuresectors including Health & Safety processes and procedures. You will have aproven background in managing the Operations in a Leisure Centre and have anatural ability to lead and inspire a staff team.
Duties required of the role include:
- Setting and achievement of the clubs budgets
- Development of a strong and cohesive team through training objectives and coaching
- Compliance with Health and Safety standards and the ability to improve audit scores
- Preparing and delivering a marketing plan to achieve budgets and drive membership
- Management of the membership software and data reporting
Essential criteria for the role:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in sales and operational management
- Proven track record in achieving challenging targets
You will bedriven by delivering an amazing experience to the members in an environmentwhere no 2 days are the same. You need to have a handson cando attitude withexcellent communication skills. Not only will you be taking ownership of theoperations of the facility you will also be responsible for leading anddeveloping your own team.
This role will primarily be Monday Friday with limited early/late shifts. You will also get regular dialogue with the senior leadership team therefore you canreally shape and influence the business you work for. A leisure job not to be missed.
