Job Description
Our client operates as an insurance specialist for mobile phones and devices for the European market. The offer ranges from the assumption of repair costs to the replacement in case of total damage or loss of the device.
Your tasks as a customer service rep :
- You advise potential customers about the services and package options
- You capture customer data and create insurance policies
- You deal with damage reports
- You maintain contract data (addresses bank details device data)
Do you have what it takes:
- You are reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
- Excellent listener and persuasive speaker
- Understand the importance of professionalism
- Fluent in Norwegian
This job is due to start around Easter.
