Job Description

Your mission

  • You proactively research and identify new customers and develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market
  • You use your sales skills to convince potential customers of our software and its benefits and hand them over to our Account Executives
  • You work with stateoftheart tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • You have an overview of your numbers at all times via a dashboard and use your growth mindset to adapt your activities to optimize your performance
  • You will be coached supported and encouraged by your Team Lead Jonas Feil and in sparring with our Account Executives

Your profile

  • You have initial sales experience
  • Have you previously worked in the hotel industry or in a call centre and would like to switch to the SaaS environment Then you should also apply to us
  • You are characterized by friendliness persuasiveness and a high degree of urgency
  • You live the handson mentality and work energetically with your team to achieve the companys goals
  • You enjoy daily challenges and develop new ideas and strategies together with the team
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
