Digital Marketing Specialist About The Job
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will have a penchant for data and seek to deeply understand the story the data tells. This role demands a selfstarter who will consistently use data to push the company advertising boundaries. You will be responsible for the daytoday activities involving market outreach actively administering changes to existing acquisition channels and validating new ones while operating within strict financial constraints in pursuit of the companys strategic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver profitable website traffic by managing and optimizing Google Facebook TikTok Affiliate YouTube and other advertising channels and produce compelling highquality ad copy that outcompetes for clicks.
- Improve advertising reach and performance by optimizing existing channels running sound and conducting rigorous experiments.
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing the right metrics and drawing actionable insights with a strong bias to action.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to expose and take advantage of opportunities that improve the performance of the Advertising team.
- Continuously surface and circulate industry trends and channel intelligence with the Advertising Manager and other teammates.
- Build and maintain books of best practices for paid acquisition tactics and strategy. Work closely with the Advertising Manager and Specialists while delivering tasks on time efficiently and in a manner that meets.
- Help build and enhance Clients reputation by coordinating resultsfocused marketing initiatives that reinforce the superior quality and value offered by company and our products.
- Thinking deeply questioning assumptions testing hypotheses capturing key learnings and acting on them to relentlessly improve execution.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Mathematics Engineering Computer Science or other related field.
- 2 years working in a Digital Marketing/Advertising team.
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
- Proactive asking questions to ensure objectives and requirements are clear and following up on action items and requests for information with urgency.
- Strong critical thinking and reporting skills with the ability to analyze data to identify trends or areas of opportunity.
- Detailed and taskoriented strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven aptitude for functioning within deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrable track record of working with Creative and/or eCommerce teams to develop digital advertising assets that work.
