Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O.
- This role will oversee project execution ensure alignment with business goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Must have to Configure the D365 SCM WH Inventory Modules.
- Capable to resolve the end user queries and resolve the incidents and Requests.
- Ability to work with End users and Offshore teams.
- Required to collect the user requirements and translate to Functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with multifunctional teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery.
- Should be an active participant in the team and facilitate team meetings and discussions to cultivate collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O
- D365 SCM Functional Knowledge
- Fluent in Spanish language (should be able to speak and write Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O environment.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O to provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10 12 years of Relevant Experience Functional Consultant MS Dynamics 365 F&O with different roles.
- Domain expertise in Supply chain and WH Management and has handson experience in multiple versions of AX from Ax12 to D365 F&O.
- Should have worked as SCM and WH Functional lead for both Implementation and Support Projects.
- Should have experienced in Advance Warehouse Management and Mobile setup Product Information management Account Payable Account receivable modules.
- Should be able to participate in the Requirement gatherings convert the functional requirements to Technical Requirements
- Should have experience in configuring the AP AR Products WH Inventory modules advanced Warehouse Management modules
- Should be able to participate in USER trainings and train on the trainers
- Able to Support the Business Users in Creating the UAT test scenarios and helping the end users in validating the application
- Should be able to speak and write Spanish
