Job Title:
IT Support Technician Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone email chat and inperson.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install configure and maintain computers printers and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts permissions and system access in accordance with company policies.
- Document technical issues solutions and processes in the IT ticketing system.
- Assist in system updates backups and security patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support new technology implementations and upgrades.
- Educate and train users on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.
Requirements: - Proven experience in IT support helpdesk or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows MacOS and basic networking principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified ITIL) are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
