Job Description
Strong expertise in **Jira Software Jira Service Management and Confluence**.
Handson experience with **JQL Groovy scripting (ScriptRunner) and automation tools**.
Experience integrating Jira with **CI/CD tools ITSM systems and thirdparty applications**.
Solid understanding of **Agile Scrum Kanban and ITIL processes**.
Strong troubleshooting problemsolving and communication skills.
Knowledge of **SQL REST APIs and Atlassian Cloud/Server administration** is a plus.
