Business Analyst with P&C ISO
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid Day 1)

- 810 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst capacity supporting multiple projects/initiatives in the P & C Insurance domain or equivalent related experience and/or training.
- Rating implementations based on ISO/ACCORD should be able to understand and interpret ISO circulars and update changes in rating and underwriting systems.
- Strong communication/Interpersonal skills able to understand and document requirements requirement elicitation must have worked in client facing roles. Client escalations and management handling should be able to work in stressful environment complete tasks and resolve escalations with defined SLAs and hard ECDs.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Creation of Workflow charts and diagrams improvement in business processes studying system capabilities writing business specifications.
- Develop business requirement documentation use cases mockup dashboard designs and workflow diagrams.
- Organize information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts and present information in a manner that business customers can review and approve.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or equivalent document repository.
- Requirement explanation and working with developers in customization of applications to match with requirements.
- Knowledge of creating test cases functional and system creation of test matrix review of test cases/results working with quality teams and signing off UAT.
- Work with teams that are geographically dispersed and comprised of all disciplines such as architects business analysts developers and testers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives subject matter experts and vendor resources.
- Must have a bachelors degree or its equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- AINS and CPCU qualified (designation administered by the AICPCU American Institute for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters) is a PLUS.
- Experience working on Insurance Direct Marketing system Agent Portals and Customer Portal is a PLUS.
