Job Description
The purpose of this position is to plan and manage the maintenance activities of the concerned value stream or function to ensure that maintenance operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Responsibility
1. Maintenance tasks assignment and scheduling: MAE availability and timely completion of preventive & predictive schedules (Planned Vs Unplanned downtime)Maintenance cost/pc R & M Budget.
2. Problem solving and trouble shooting: MTBF MTTR of critical machinesElimination of repetitive issues.
3. Obsolescence Management: Adherence to upgradation and overhauling plan.
4. MAE Maintenance: PMI and Predictive maintenance compliance Plant SQCD targets TPM Assessment Scores.
5. Safety Compliance: No Safety Incidents NearMiss reporting.
6. Competence Development: Digital projects in maintenance benchmarking projects
7. People Management: Employee satisfaction index
Requirements Essential
Routine breakdown Maintenance of PLC CNC Special purpose machines
Lead and Guide M&SS & Blue Collar Associates.
Knowledge of usage of SAP ERP : PMMMmodules and MS office
Indepth Knowledge on PLC s CNCs and HMI viz Siemens Rexroth Fanuc
Handling Software backup management of Electronic Control Systems.
Knowledge on Assembly techniques such as Pressing and Bolting Systems
Knowledge on Industrial Vision systems such as Bosch Neuro check Keyence and Cognex
Knowledge on Various types of Scanners Bar code 2D Matrix scanning for Traceability application
Use of various diagnostics tools and PG with variety of software like Rexroth Indrawork software and Bolting system Siemens STIA portal RS232 communication Profi communication and Vision software.
Monitor and control Technical loss MTTR MTBF Repeat breakdowns analysis response time and cost reduction projects.
Requirements Desirable
Knowledge on networking IT infrastructure and Connectivity of Machines
Knowledge on Laser marking and welding machines machines
Knowledge on Industrial Robots such as Fanuc ABB Staubli Software programming configuration setting
Hands on experience on use of backup & recovery tools
Good Presentation and Communication skills.
Qualifications :
BE in Electrical / Electronics.
810 Years of experience in maintenance processes e.g Reactive Preventive Predictive Reliability
based maintenance spares management Inventory control etc
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Grinding Honing Cleaning Torquing Assembly lines
and HT machines
Experience to handle team of BCA and WCA and conflict management
Additional Information :
Knowledge:
* Knowledge on machine design elements awareness on TPM IATF standards
* Exposure to predictive tools like Vibration analyzer thermography online monitoring EW systems etc.
* Exposure to GPTW Lakshaya VCS initiatives
* Basic knowledge on financial concepts and cost analysis (Fixed cost variable cost VA ... etc.)
* Shop floor Management (SFMC) PSS Ergonomics Lean concepts (SCRUM Agile etc.)
Functional skills:
* Soft skills like delegation negotiation conflict management networking
* Communication & collaboration innovations Digital competency (Al 14.0 data analytics etc.)
* Overview of Emerging technology and Digital competency (AI 14.0 IOT data analytics condition
based monitoring)
