Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care Expert: Address inbound inquiries assist clients with bookings and resolve travel concerns.
- Problem Solver: Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Relationship Builder: Deliver personalized service to foster lasting client relationships.
- Data Guardian: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Team Collaborator: Work with crossfunctional teams to enhance the customer journey.
What We Offer:
- Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 1380 EUR gross/month (plus 14thmonth pay).
- Monthly Bonus: Up to 8%.
- Meal Voucher: 50 EUR /month.
- Annual Gross Potential: 20030 EUR (including bonuses and perks).

Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in German with strong English skills (C1 level).
- High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Techsavvy with confidence in navigating online platforms.
- Adaptable and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Training Program: Engage in a fully remote 3week onboarding program to set you up for success providing handson experience with tools processes and best practices.
Schedule & Work Setup:
- 40 hours/week shifts between 8:00 AM 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday (flexible 5day schedule).
- Fully remote position (must be based in Greece).
