Purpose of the Job:
To assist the Group Manager Legal Affairs and followup all the cases and proceedings at the Bahrain Courts Public Prosecution and all other Governmental Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal claims notices letters statements and any other related documents in both Arabic and English.
- Coordinates all cases with Manager Legal Affairs related to Partners & Divisions.
- Reviews & follows up all cases filed by & against AZI & Partners through the Prosecution Court Executive Court and records all hearings dates with decisions systematically.
- Follows up major Courts cases with Police Stations General Prosecution Ministry of Industry & Commerce Ministry of Labor & LMRA.
- Maintains all the case files with brief summary on each of the files listing the case numbers dates hearing Court decisions for ready reference.
- To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Directors & Manager Legal Affairs.
- Prepare Reports as needed for the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in law.
