We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client as an Admin Secretary in the Corporate Banking Department at one of the leading local bank in Bahrain.
This position requires a candidate with prior experience in Banking
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Banking Department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in administrative or secretarial ~roles, preferably within a ~corporate in banking environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate employment.
- Knowledge about Banking products and processes used in banks.
