As a key member of the Country Management and Commercial Team the Country Marketing & Public Relations Manager uses the IKEA business priorities knowledge of the range online and offline consumer trends national market competition and customers living situations to drive and develop marketing solutions now and in the future for IKEA Thailand and in all external media.
- Ensure the development and successful implementation of advertising campaigns as per the commercial calendar and any other locally relevant opportunities. Final approver for all country media plans and marketing communication work.
- Responsible for the development of the IKEA loyalty programmes in the country (IKEA FAMILY / smles) and member communications calendar/brief to attract activate and retain members.
- Responsible for brand positioning and customers insight from brand capital Life at home and reports including surveys/research mailing services etc.
- Lead review and approve collaboration initiatives to include sponsorship partnership and promotions.
- Coordinate all market intelligence research on country level and work closely with the Local Marketing and Communications Managers to maximise opportunities at the PMA level.
- Manage yearly budget and collaborate with agencies and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Highly selfmotivated with a passion for marketing to drive results with consistent messaging.
- Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and branding conceptualising campaigns media landscapes in Thailand possess logical abilities and copywriting skills.
- Deep knowledge and experience in loyalty marketing analysis and programme needs to attract and to better members experience.
- Deep knowledge of trends proven solutions translating global into local market relevant solutions that influence home furnishing and retailing.
- Experience in managing a team and possess knowledge of leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of IKEA concept brand objectives values and vision tone of voice.
- Possess analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop marketing plans set budgets and followup on goals with agility as needed.
